When can Support Guy Help Me?

  Weekdays:
Support Guy monitors Support Request submissions to this site Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
  Response to all submissions received during monitored hours will be ASAP, usually within minutes, but depending on work flow, it may take up to two hours.
   
  Weekends:
Support Guy may periodically check for submissions over the weekend. 
Q & A requests will be responded to immediately. 
Remote Support Requests will be responded to the following Monday, unless it is noted in the request that somebody will be available to receive a phone call anytime over the weekend.
  Remote Support sessions may be scheduled for Saturday or Sunday if needed.
   
  Holidays:
Support Guy may periodically check for submissions over a Holiday. 
Q & A requests will be responded to immediately. 
Remote Support Requests will be responded to the next work day following the Holiday.
Remote Support sessions may be scheduled for Holidays if needed.
